Policy

1. These conditions shall govern the sales of the products listed at Revijour Airy Bra by Apple of Your Eyes - from GlowBest Enterpise, to the buyer. By ordering the products and/or accepting delivery of the product, the buyer agrees to be bound by and accepts these conditions.
2. Prices are correctly reflected at the website on Revijour Bra Pricing. Prices are subjected to change and may vary without  prior notice.
3. Payment for the products shall be made by the buyer in full with valid Bank Fund Transfer/PayPal/Cash before physical delivery of products.
4. We appointed Delivery Company shall deliver the products to place of delivery designated by the buyer and at the risk of the Buyer.
5. Buyers are encouraged to check the products upon receiving the delivery, as no cancellation or refund will be permitted unless it is of manufacturing defect. 
6. We guarantees that every product is in good condition at the time of purchase.
7. Upon receipt of your order and payment by Bank Fund Transfer/PayPal, we will send you an e-mail as confirmation of stock availability and advise you on the delivery. Should an item ordered be out of stock, you can decide to wait for the next shipment, select an alternative color or change to another item or have a refund to your Account.
8. While Airy Bra has made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products, it is important that all customers are pleased with their purchases. However, please be advised that color varies slightly from one computer monitor to another.
9. Airy Bra do ship internationally. However, do note that deliveries to overseas destinations may be subject to import duties, which will be borne by the customer upon their receipt of the shipment. We will put a gift note on the parcel and the full purchase price will be declared on the shipping invoice. Airy Bra does not collect duties and taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If you do incur these additional charges, they must be rendered in order for your package to clear customs. For more information regarding your country's customs policies, please contact your local customs office.
10. We would advise you to place your orders early during festive seasons like Christmas, New Year, and Chinese New Year to avoid any delays.
11. As is the policy with other intimate apparel, such as lingerie and swimwear, Airy Bra cannot be returned or exchanged due to hygiene purposes. The plastic cradles (NOT the box opening) containing the bra cups are sealed to indicate that the silicone adhesive cups have not been used or tampered with. Therefore, all sales of Airy Bra are final.
12. We adhere to strict packaging guidelines to ensure that the products reach you in the best possible condition. However in the event that the products may have been damaged in the shipping process, kindly send us photographs of the damaged products, together with your contact details, within 3 days of receipt of order for us to assess the damages and arrange for the delivery of a replacement.
13. Undeliverable or Refused Shipments: Packages will be shipped back to us if the customer either refuses the package, is not available for several days for delivery, or if the address entered is either incorrect or incomplete.  In this case, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges. 
14. Limits Of Liability

1. We shall not be liable for any damages, incidental, consequential or otherwise, resulting from the use of its product in a manner contrary to the Instructions for application and use as set forth within this site. By wearing this product you are hereby releasing Revijour of any legal liability resulting from such use. Liability for this product by Revijour is limited exclusively to the replacement cost of our product.
2. NOT RECOMMENDED FOR WOMEN WITH SENSITIVE SKIN.
   DO NOT use on open cuts, skin disorders, sun damaged or sun burned skin.
   DO NOT wear if you have skin de-pigmentation problems, or have a family history of skin de-pigmentation.
   All skin types are different. 
   
   
   Discontinue use if signs of irritation or rash appear. 
   
   
   If irritation continues, please consult your doctor

15. Exchange Policy

1. Due to these adhesive bra is very personal item (similar to underwear/panties), all bra is brand new and never been touch the          adhesive side before. 1:1 Exchange only allowed for manufacturer's defect. All our goods are inspected for quality before delivery. However, when you receive the parcel:

1. You must open and check again. If find any defect you must contact us via email within 24 hours and attach photo of defected product.
2. No size or color  exchange is allowed.
3. Exchange return charges are to be borne by customers.
4. Must be carried our within 7 working days.
